Thank you Liz for the great service with our takeout order! She was great. We had to wait 10 minutes she even offered us something to drink while we waited. First time I have experienced great quality service here. She even reviewed our order opened everything to make sure it was complete and we weren't missing anything due to being across town. Thank you Liz for your great service.

Came here today SPECIFICALLY to sit on the patio, have a beer, and enjoy lunch with my kids. Walked in and was told the patio is closed due to not having enough staffing...completely unacceptable. We left and went somewhere that the patio was open and wanted our money.
Last time this happened to me was at Chevys in Modesto and look where they are now. Disappointing. -

Gonna keep it short and sweet.
Took 20 minutes to get drinks, another 10 to get our order in and 45 minutes to get 18 wings and some onions rings. Never got the vegetable sticks that they tried to charge us for. We were also overcharged for "happy hour" drinks and argued with when we questioned it. Never got so much as a water or soda refill, and a second beer order never even made it.
I've tried again and again to give this location the benefit of the doubt and they fail every time. -

Service was great before I had my 2 year old son. Haven't been here in a long time (last time was little before my son was born), decided to go with my wife and son to get some wings (on a weekday around 1-2pm). As soon as we walked in, we noticed it was empty, but because we had our son (stroller) they placed us in the farthest corner, away from everything. We asked to me moved to the middle so that we could see all tv monitors but it was denied. I didn't want to argue so I went along. After waiting 30 minutes, the server finally took our order and then they just totally forgot about us. Took an hour to get our food. Watched others come in after and receive their food first.
We decided to give them another shot and went back a month later because we were already at the mall. On the way there, my son fell asleep so we took our stroller in with him in it. Was told we could not keep the stroller by the tables and was instructed to move and park it by the front doors. Told them about our situation (son sleeping), server just said sorry and walked away. We left immediately.
Sad to see the service go down hill since it opened. Not saying all the workers are bad but the ones we had experience with sure were thou! Guess we're going to Wings & Rings or Wing Stop from now on for our Modesto wings. -

The place was kind of dirty but they seemed to be busy and behind on bussing. The wings didn't have as much sauce as I would have liked, but the waitress was super nice and made sure to give me some extra sauce for them. I also had the fried pickles which of course is always good! Got my food to go because it was a little slow coming out. Got a cranberry vodka which was a little weak even though I ordered a double.
